Rent prices in Toronto are dropping, with one-bedroom rents falling 9.6% to around $2,170 and two-bedroom rents down 11% to $2,760, the steepest decline in Canada. Toronto remains the third most expensive rental market after Vancouver and Burnaby. Nationwide, one and two-bedroom rents have decreased by about 4% over 13 months, while rents in the Prairies, like Regina and Saskatoon, are rising.
